Ship Your Wheels From Anywhere
We're based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex but welcome customers nationwide. Once we've confirmed we can fix your rim (send photos by email or text) and payment is arranged, follow these four easy steps to ship your wheel to us.
Unmount the Tire
Have a local tire shop unmount the tire from the wheel — any shop with an unmounting machine can do it. We can also unmount it at our facility for an additional $20.
Pack the Rim
Box the rim in a container just slightly bigger than the wheel, ensuring no room for it to shift. Bubble wrap is strongly recommended to prevent extra damage. Include your invoice inside the box.
Get Your Shipping Label
Call or email us with the box dimensions and we'll email (PDF) or fax you a shipping label to tape on the box.
Send It Off
Depending on your location, we can arrange a UPS pickup. Otherwise, drop the labeled box at the nearest UPS store. We typically ship UPS Standard Ground; faster options are available for an additional fee.
